Thanksgivin'

Next Wednesday we are having a Thanksgiving party thing in my 3rd period class. We are having all kinds of stuff like cake, cookies, pie, chips, pop, green beans, maybe turkey, and many other things. If you don't bring anything, you don't get to celebrate. I'm definately bringing my green beans and Subways cookies! I bet it will be a fun period, but I'm sure I will feel uncomfortably full when it's all over.

Puppies!!

My cousin's dog had puppies. They're purebred australian shepherd pups. There's 5 red merle puppies and 5 brown ones. I'm going to get one. If you want one just give me a holler!

REDMAN

I got a new dog from Kirbe McCandless. He is a red heeler named Redman. He's awesome. I had him for a day and he ran away but then he came back and now he's staying. He loves riding around in my jeep but I learned the hard way that you can only have the windows cracked because he will jump out. He bailed out the window when I was turning. I stopped the jeep and he was just sitting there staring at it. I called his name and he stared at me. I told him to get back in the jeep and he hopped back in and we took off again. He hates baths, he still smells like dirty pond water even though I used tons of soap on him. My next thing I want to do with that dog is take him to Petsmart and buy him a spike collar. He's going to be a bad-a dog.

Fall Break

I'm pumped about Fall Break! It'll be so nice to have a break from school and be able to get away from everything. 2010 Fall Break here we come.

Persuasion Techniques

The type of appeal I would have to use to get people to be on my side and have the same views as me would have to be #3 Appeal to the audience's emotions. I think almost everyone would agree that animal testing is cruel and very sad. They basically torture the animals, then kill them. What kind of a life is that. I will try and appeal to them by creating a slide show and showing them pictures of animals that have been experimented on. It's heart breaking. I think that if people want to use a product, they should test it on themselves, or try to make it out of things that they know won't be harmful. Animals don't use any of those chemicals, make up, or anything like that, so don't make them be the test subjects.
